Innovators Camp in short

What?

Innovators Camp is a facilitated design sprint and workshop, where participants will go from idea generation to finished prototype in only five days. This year will be focused on the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Who?

Innovators Camp is a collaboration between University of Zurich (UZH), Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). Applications are open for all Bachelor's students, Master's students and researchers at these universities.

When?

Innovators Camp takes place between July 5 and 9, 2021 in Zurich. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year will be a mix of both online and offline sessions, adhering to official guidelines. All participants are expected to be present in Zürich during the week.

What to expect

Do you want to experience what it’s like to go from idea to prototype in just 5 days? Are you curious about what it’s like to work in a team together with a musician, a data scientist and an economist? Or a designer, an environmental engineer and a medical expert? Are you motivated to create a positive social impact in your field?

INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAMS

Expect to work together in teams with students and researchers from UZH, ZHdK and ETH and hone your collaboration and communication skills.  

LEARNING-BY-DOING

Five day hybrid workshop format with a mix of expert inputs, peer feedback, coaching and a lot of hands-on  teamwork.

CONNECTING

Connect with other students, innovation enablers, changemakers and role models from the startup and impact ecosystem.

HAVE AN IMPACT

The thematic focus of the third edition of the Innovators Camp is on the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN.
